Inner Alchemy
A Journey of Embodied Wisdom
Living from the Center in an Unsteady World
Invitation
Inner Alchemy is a relational, contemplative journey in which your life—exactly as it is—becomes the ground of transformation.
This is not a program designed to fix you or move you away from your lived experience. It is a space where presence deepens, wisdom becomes embodied, and a steadier way of meeting life begins to take shape.
Inner Alchemy draws from mystics, poets, and contemplative traditions, but the real work unfolds in the particulars of your own life:
how you listen,
how you meet difficulty,
how you love,
how you remain present in a world that is changing.
You do not need prior spiritual training.
You only need a real life - which you already have.
What This Journey Cultivates
Across the arc of Inner Alchemy, we explore:
-
Presence—learning to rest in what is, without collapse or avoidance
-
Wisdom—drawn from contemplative traditions and lived experience
-
Embodiment—allowing insight to take root in the body and daily life
-
Relational depth—being held and seen in a field of care
-
Integration—living from the center, not just understanding it
Inner Alchemy is not an escape from the world.
It is a way of inhabiting it more truthfully.
Ways to Participate
Inner Alchemy is offered in three distinct paths, designed to meet different rhythms, capacities, and seasons of life.
Each path shares the same contemplative ground and teaching arc.
Voices from the Journey
“With so much uncertainty, turmoil and suffering in our world at present, I was looking for spiritual nourishment and wisdom. The Inner Alchemy journey helped ground me in a deeper and wider perspective on my life… I have found that I bring more love, patience and resilience to my daily life.” — Mauren Liegl
“Elizabeth so tenderly guided us through the painful realities of the human condition, drawing on wisdom from many traditions. She taught practices that helped us stay present with difficulty while deepening into love and joy. Elizabeth is the real deal — someone who understands spiritual transformation from lived experience and knows how to guide others there.” — Mel McMillan
A Living Practice
Inner Alchemy unfolds slowly, through attention, tenderness, and trust. What emerges is not something added on, but something revealed—a quieter strength, a deeper steadiness, a more rooted way of being.
If something in you feels quietly drawn, you are already listening
